Sanae-san, 85, was born and raised in this village.

Our mother, also 85, came here 40 years ago and made this place her home.
As we knead the dough together, stories unfold — of family, work, seasons, and a way of life shaped by these mountains.

After Sanae-san left, one guest turned to us and asked,
"Could you tell me more about her life?"
Perhaps that's what makes this experience so special.

It's never just about making udon.
